The Associate practicum and seminars proceed the last step to certification, which requires an additional one hundred hours of coursework and two hundred hours of tutoring, ten of which are observation hours by an Orton-Gillingham Fellow. These education and experience hours required to complete the certification course must be completed over a minimum of two years.
